Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | On-site with Hybrid Option

What You’ll Do
This role is critical to maintaining effective inventory levels and
fulfilling specific customer orders. Below are some of the responsibilities
you’ll take on to thrive in this role.
• Analyze and review daily MRP
(Material Requirements Planning) demand, make purchase orders, and track
deliveries end-to-end, ensuring smooth receipt and invoicing.
• Identify and address pricing
discrepancies, reconcile invoices, and conduct profitability and margin
analysis.
• Proactively plan inventory levels
using the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process to meet
customer demands.
• Monitor and analyze stock trends,
suggesting adjustments to maintain optimal customer supply.
• Build strong partnerships with
key suppliers, track their performance metrics, and address any concerns
to maintain the highest standards of product supply.
• Facilitate direct shipments from
suppliers to customers, ensuring proper documentation and logistics.
• Coordinate intercompany product
supply and logistics.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and has a
proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll need the following to succeed in
this role:
• Experience: 3–5 years of purchasing, supply
chain, or operations experience (required).
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel,
Outlook, Word, Teams) and experience with MRP or ERP systems.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate and
collaborate across levels internally and externally.
• Detail Oriented: Strong multitasking abilities
with high attention to accuracy.
• Flexibility: Adaptability to variations in
supply chain and operations processes to meet customer needs.
• Process Focused: A strong analytical mindset, and
knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Process Improvement
methodologies is highly desired.
• Proactive Problem Solving: A resourceful and independent
thinker with a passion for finding solutions.
