• Position Overview*
The Project Manager - Retail Construction will oversee and manage construction projects within the retail sector, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role entails coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and leading a team of professionals to deliver luxury and high-end retail spaces.
• Key Responsibilities*
• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through execution to closeout.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Lead project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the construction process.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including status updates and financial forecasts.
• Qualifications*
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the retail construction sector.
• Proven experience in managing luxury, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of ground-up construction processes and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
