Reddit Writer - Strategy & Engagement - Contract to Hire

Overview: We are seeking a strategic Reddit Writer to write strategic Reddit posts as well as actively engage with communities, build rapport, and drive meaningful discussions through thoughtful comments. This part-time role is ideal for someone who understands Reddit’s unique dynamics and can contribute to enhancing our clients' brand presence. Responsibilities: - Engage in subreddit discussions by leaving insightful, relevant, and thoughtful comments. -Respond to replies on posts to foster engagement and maintain active conversations. - Research and understand the context of discussions to ensure comments align with subreddit culture and community norms. -Maintain the health and credibility of Reddit accounts by ensuring high-quality interactions that adhere to subreddit guidelines. - Monitor and report on the performance of comments, including upvotes, responses, and overall engagement. - Collaborate with the team to align commenting strategy with client goals and content objectives. Requirements: - Active Reddit user with a solid understanding of Reddit’s rules, culture, and subreddit-specific guidelines. - Strong written communication skills with the ability to write in different tones and voices to suit varied subreddits. - Ability to research and provide value-adding comments that resonate with the community. - Availability to overlap at least 3 hours with EST for team collaboration and updates. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): - Account Health: Avoid comment removals and adhere strictly to subreddit and Reddit guidelines. -Timeliness: Respond to posts and comments promptly as per the strategy and deadlines.
