As a car rental agent, your work will include: • -Dealing with customer inquiries about the availability and cost of vehicles • -Taking bookings and explaining the terms of rental or leasing agreements • -Completing paperwork with the customer and taking payments • -Showing customers to their vehicle and pointing out any damage or special features • -Checking mileage and inspecting for damage when vehicles are returned • -Providing ongoing service and sales support • -Excellent customer care and communication skills • -Sales skills • -The ability to deal with complaints in a professional manner • -Good organizational and time management skills • -Accuracy and attention to detail-administrative and IT skills • -Good math and cash handling skills • -The ability to work under pressure. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Hours In full-time schedule you would work 40 hours a week between 7:30am and 5:30pm. Monday to Saturday. You would be based in an office, but may spend some of your time moving vehicles that have been returned. • *Income is based on qualification. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12/hour plus performance bonus.
