About the role:

Our US client is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Cold Calling Specialist to complement their existing sales efforts. This role is crucial in identifying and qualifying potential leads, primarily through outbound cold calls, and scheduling in-person assessments for the sales team. You will be instrumental in expanding reach within the target markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct a high volume of outbound cold calls (approximately 200 calls per week) to prospective businesses.
  • Target Audience Identification: Effectively identify and engage with key decision-makers, including Facility Managers, Office Managers, Executive Assistants, and Procurement Buyers.
  • Initial Engagement: Uncover the prospect's existing setup and identify pain points.
  • Appointment Setting: Arrange brief on-site assessments for prospects.
  • Communication: Clearly articulate the value proposition of the service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls and maintain focus.
