We’re looking for an experienced New Construction Plumbing Lead to run residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage plumbing crews on residential and commercial new construction projects

• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and job plans

• Sub rough, rough-in, inspections and set finish fixtures

• Ensure work is completed to code, on schedule, and with high quality standards

• Communicate clearly with general contractors, inspectors, and team members

• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics

• Train and mentor plumbing helpers and apprentices

• Maintain accurate documentation and job tracking

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of new construction plumbing experience

• Prior lead or supervisory experience

• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and practices

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and solution-focused

• Clean record, valid driver’s license/clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Must have your own hand tools

• Licensed plumber preferred (state-specific license if required)
