Sales Coach
What We Are Looking For:The Sales Coach will play a critical role in developing and enhancing our clients sales team's skills. This position is responsible for providing hands-on coaching, training, and mentoring to sales representatives, with a focus on improving performance, fostering collaboration, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales techniques, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to clients of Arootah
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual strengths and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement role-playing exercises and other interactive training methods to enhance sales skills. Performance Improvement:
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable feedback and strategies to sales representatives to help them achieve and exceed their sales targets.
- Monitor progress and adjust coaching methods to ensure continuous improvement. Collaboration and Team Building:
- Foster a collaborative and supportive sales environment by encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and workshops to discuss best practices, challenges, and success stories.
- Work closely with sales managers and other stakeholders to align coaching efforts with overall sales objectives. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Assist in the development and refinement of sales strategies and tactics for Arootah Clients
- Stay current with trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
- Support the sales team in developing effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales coach, sales trainer, or have held senior level sales roles within successful start ups or financial services firms.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications
- ICF Certifications Preferred
