Key Responsibilities

  • Listen carefully to customers and evaluate their situations to provide appropriate solutions, resolving calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle a range of calls, from simple mapping and navigation inquiries to emergency situations, requiring a high degree of empathy and composure.
  • Remain calm and composed under pressure, reassuring and diffusing emotional or difficult calls.
  • Multi-task to find answers while on calls with customers, utilizing available resources and tools.
  • React and respond decisively in emergency situations, prioritizing customer safety and well-being.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Care PRO with Working Solutions, you will need:

  • A caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor, with strong customer service skills, including active listening.
  • The ability to multi-task, finding answers while on calls with customers.
  • Fluency in English, with bilingual contractors welcome if fluent in Spanish or French (in addition to English).
  • Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required.
  • A quiet, uninterrupted workspace during working hours, with a reliable broadband internet connection (at least 10 MBPS).

  • A competitive contract rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute (with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour).
  • Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute (with a 48-minute minimum guarantee).
  • Earning potential equivalent to $12.60 - $16.80 per hour (or $14.88 - $18.60 per hour for bilingual contractors).
  • Flexible scheduling opportunities, with client hours of operation open 24x7.
