We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, problem-solving, and technical expertise. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will shape their perception of our brand.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
- Fluency in Lithuanian language (C1 level spoken / written)
- Good command of English and Russian (B2 level)
- Interest in technology and customer service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and technical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Experience with technical support software and tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
