As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll be instrumental in enriching the customer experience and building lasting memories. You’ll ensure each visitor leaves with a smile, whether they’re purchasing gifts or shopping for themselves.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service using effective selling techniques and thorough product knowledge
- Establish rapport with shoppers by understanding their needs, offering detailed product insights, and providing tailored recommendations
- Encourage sign-ups for our rewards program during both sales conversations and checkout
- Replenish merchandise to maintain a visually appealing and fully stocked store
- Participate in store setups, assist with visual merchandising changes, and support marketing activities as assigned
- Perform essential physical duties such as standing, walking, and moving merchandise, including climbing ladders or lifting items - regularly lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming shopping environment by adhering to company safety standards
- Follow all established company values, policies, and procedures
