Experienced Artist Needed for Character Design and Concept Art.

Hello everyone, I’m glad you looked at this proposal. My name is Dustin, and I'm a Reader, Storyteller, Photographer, and a Sales guy. However, I also have a strong passion for ttrpgs, stories and what they hold. Hence why I'm coming here, to see if my imagination can bear fruit! I’m looking for a skilled and talented artist to bring an original character to life in three forms. 1: The whole body, outfit, general appearance. 2: The Portrait, an up close of their face, which will be used as the main token. 3: The Scene Illustration, an in action shot of the character being the character. This character is one of many that I’ve made, and I have commissioned them before. However, my idea for them has shifted, and I want to explore this new idea. The art style I am looking for is Fantasy Semi-Realism. We'd start with the Whole Body, getting their build down, their outfit, and particular standout traits and so on. For the Portrait, I expect the head, hair, and upper shoulders to be present, parts of their outfit, an expression. The Scene is an in action shot of them demonstrating what they **can** do. Thoughts on AI: Tools like Midjourney have created instant results in recent times. It’s good, but it does ‘look’ generated, and it’s never exactly what I’d want. It's impossible to escape in some facets. Hence why I’m seeking an Artist to get exactly what I want. If the artist uses AI for inspiration or whatnot, I'm fine, but I do want a **traditional artist's image.** General Appearance Description. As for Teiryl, she is a Szarkai (Albino Drow) from DnD lore; found them in Drow of the Underdark 3.5e. As a Drow, she has Red eyes, pointed ears, ghost-white hair, but unlike the rest of her kin, she has fair skin. Aside from that, she appears human-ish, with striking features. She’s beautiful, but not in a delicate sense. (I’m imagining the female Shepard from Mass Effect.) Her build is athletic, defined, and stands out from a typical delicate entity. Images can be found to supplement this as needed. Outfit Design Teiryl dons a High Elven inspired outfit. I'm currently imagining feminine fantasy butler themes. Perhaps she wears a top with sleeves, trousers, but has a feminine flowing skirt element. I'm not necessarily looking for a Crop-top with pants that I've been finding with a lot of Googled results, I'd love to have a conversation with the Artist to really grasp how to build the outfit. There could be a hidden element of Drow culture, but that again is something we can discuss. Requirements Upon contract completion, I’d like to have a copy of the source file alongside a high-quality render. I would like to retain exclusive commercial usage rights for the completed artwork. However, the artist is welcome to showcase the piece in their professional portfolio. I would like to see a portfolio or some similar examples of work done in relation to this project. Knowing DnD lore is a HUGE plus. Budget and Timeline I’ve set aside a budget Starting at $600 for this project, including all the stages. I am open to negotiation depending on factors. Based on previous projects and results, I've gotten, this is a good starting point to A turnaround of 1-2 weeks post-contract is ideal for me, but I am amicable to regular updates.
