Key Responsibilities

  • Process inbound receiving data with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide clerical and payroll support to the administrative team
  • Support daily entry of receiving data into our database
  • Reconcile physical receipt of tickets against database records
  • Analyze reports to identify missing tickets and resolve discrepancies
  • Save electronic tickets to specified folders and maintain organized digital records
  • Input and validate producer payroll data with precision
  • Demonstrate proficiency in data entry of various sales programs and events using the 10 key

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry of numbers using the 10 key
  • Proficient and accurate data entry skills, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clarify problems or issues

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and other relevant software applications

While training will take place in our office located at 4001 Lexington Avenue North, Arden Hills, MN 55126, you will have the opportunity to work from home with a flexible schedule. Please note that a dual-monitor setup is required for this role, and you will need to provide your own monitor if working from home.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

blithequark offers a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A pay rate of $23-$26 per hour, based on experience

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week

Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote (with initial training at our office in Arden Hills, MN)
