Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps which may occur due to extended leave of absence (parental, medical) or unexpected account transitions or gaps in business needs. Amazon Adapt deploys highly skilled, hyper-agile talent that ensures customers can continue to invest in their partnerships with Amazon Advertising, uninterrupted. The program ensures that the high bar for customer service, strategic partnership, and revenue attainment is maintained during these coverage gaps. **Job Summary** As a Principal Global Client Lead (AE/ADM) + Agency Development Manager (ADM) hybrid role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a customer-led strategy for growth for a Holding Company and its agencies at a global level or a Global Direct Advertiser Agreement, as relevant. You will work directly with the client's global media & brand teams, including VP-level and up to the global CMO, to develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy that drives incremental opportunities for growth across traded, programmatic, and biddable products. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute a customer-led strategy for growth for a Holding Company and its agencies at a global level or a Global Direct Advertiser Agreement, as relevant * Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level * Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth across traded, programmatic, and biddable products * Lead education and enablement of key agency/advertiser functions, including delivery of org-wide customer events * Identify opportunities for agency/advertiser collaboration around large-scale creative solutions, including proactive engagement with creative agencies * Liaise with in-locale AE or ADM teams to identify transformative opportunities for partnerships offered by Amazon Ads's product development roadmap **Essential Qualifications** * 10+ years of digital ad sales experience * 8+ years of B2B sales experience * Experience in business development working with media agencies and/or global advertisers * Ability to build strong senior relationships both internally and externally very quickly * Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management with Global C-level stakeholders * Strong analytical abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through * This is a client-facing role and requires up to 30% global travel as needed or 2x per month on average **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with Amazon Ads or similar digital advertising platforms * Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape and emerging trends * Proven ability to drive growth and revenue in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Experience working with global advertisers and media agencies * Strong network of contacts in the digital advertising industry **What We Offer** * Opportunity to work with a leading innovator in the digital advertising space * Chance to develop and execute a comprehensive engagement strategy that drives incremental opportunities for growth * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of experienced professionals * Flexible work arrangements, including 40 and 30 hour work weeks * Opportunity to travel globally and work with senior stakeholders * Competitive compensation and benefits package * Professional development and growth opportunities **About the Team** Amazon Adapt is a program designed to offer coverage solutions for business gaps which may occur due to extended leave (parental, medical) and unexpected account transitions or gaps in business needs.
