What You'll Do: As a Virtual Mailroom Assistant, you'll play a vital role in managing the flow of digital documents across the organization. You'll be responsible for scanning, indexing, and routing incoming digital mail while ensuring security, accuracy, and confidentiality. Your work will keep our operations efficient and well-organized—all from your home office. Key Responsibilities: • Receive, scan, and electronically file incoming mail and documents • Accurately index, tag, and route digital files to the appropriate departments • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security • Follow established procedures for digital mail handling and workflow management • Provide administrative and clerical support to internal teams as needed • Communicate clearly with other departments to confirm or clarify document details What We're Looking For: • Must reside in Pleasant Grove, Utah • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Basic computer proficiency (email, scanning, document management systems) • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently • Previous clerical, mailroom, or administrative experience preferred Work Schedule & Flexibility: • Hours: Part-time (16–32 hours/week) or full-time • Schedule: Flexible—set your own hours • Remote: 100% work-from-home—no commute required Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually (commensurate with experience and schedule) • 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance coverage • Paid virtual training and ongoing support Why CNI?
