As part of their expansion, we’re looking for a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker to affiliate with them. This is a simple, low-maintenance opportunity — perfect for an experienced broker who wants to earn steady side income without daily involvement. The Opportunity Our client needs a broker of record to hang their license under. There’s no selling, leasing, or property management required — just basic compliance oversight and maintaining your license in good standing with the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC). You’ll receive a flat $1,000/month retainer, with the option to explore future project involvement if desired.
