Our client, Maven Companies, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, integrating with other systems, and providing ongoing support and maintenance. Responsibilities • Build and configure custom applications, forms, workflows, and scripts within the ServiceNow platform. This includes using features like Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer. • Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Develop and maintain integrations with other IT systems and third-party tools using technologies like SOAP and REST web services. • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage platform upgrades and patches. • Create test cases and perform quality checks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of new applications. Skills • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Script Includes, UI Actions). • Hands-on experience with various ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or Configuration Management Database (CMDB). • Experience With Agile Development Methodologies Like Scrum Is Required. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for gathering requirements and collaborating with team members. • ServiceNow Professional System Administrator certification or higher. • Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential • 10+ years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with documented work experience. Education Requirements • A bachelor's degree in a related field like computer science or information technology is generally required.
