**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients across the United States. Your primary duties will include:
* Providing enthusiastic and compassionate customer service for inbound and outbound phone and email support
* Handling escalated issues with professionalism and dedication
* Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer concerns
* Managing multiple software programs while conversing with internal and external customers
* Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to email and phone communications
* Delivering strong and proactive follow-up to customers

**Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
* Two years of customer service experience preferred
* Knowledge of payments industry a plus
* Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
