About the Role

As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding professionally to inbound service requests, providing accurate information, and following through on requests that require extensive research and response.   • Respond to inbound service requests from patients and physicians in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information and follow through on requests that require extensive research and response

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills, be articulate and concise, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should also be able to display professional telephone etiquette and have the ability to use advanced phone systems. While not required, foreign language fluency is a plus.

Essential Qualifications

  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • At least one year of prior customer service experience
  • Equivalent combination of education and prior experience where two years' experience equals one year of schooling may be used for education requirement
  • Strong communication skills and ability to speak clearly, using appropriate grammar and word choice
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and manage objectives with little supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with various call center solutions
  • Foreign language fluency
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and modern office procedures

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
