Airbnb Co-Host, Virtual Property Manager, Vacation Rental Co-host

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Airbnb Co-Host/ Vacation Rental Manager to manage our vacation rental located in the Iconic Times Square, New York City. The Airbnb Co-Host responsibilities include managing the online listing, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring the property is clean and well-maintained. Our ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. Experience in hospitality or property management in NYC is a requirement. Ultimately, the role of the Airbnb Co-Host is to provide a seamless and positive experience for our guests and maintain high ratings for our properties. Responsibilities: -Manage online Airbnb listing and respond to guest inquiries promptly; -Book Broadway show, restaurants and other events as requested by guests; -Coordinate running of guest errands; -Coordinate with cleaning services to ensure the property is clean and ready for guests; -Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring the process is smooth and welcoming for guests; -Address any guest issues or complaints and resolve them in a timely manner; -Maintain high guest ratings for the property; -Ensure the property is well-maintained and report any necessary repairs; -Keep track of booking schedule and maintain timely communication with guests. Qualifications -Prior experience as an Airbnb host, co-host, or in a similar role in hospitality; -Excellent communication and customer service skills; -Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; -Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure; -Knowledge of local area attractions and amenities; -Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
