Job Summary

We're on the hunt for a talented Virtual Acquisition Specialist to join our team of high-achievers. Responsibilities

• Take phone calls from our market channels and engage with potential sellers to determine if their property is a good fit for our investment portfolio.
• Conduct in-person meetings with sellers to assess their property and discuss potential acquisition opportunities.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into deals.
• Put deals under contract and manage the acquisition process from start to finish.
• Manage our social media presence to attract new leads and build brand awareness.
• Nurture the lead pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new opportunities.
• Implement and oversee a review system to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Explore new opportunities within the social media space to stay ahead of the competition.
• Take on new tasks as needed to support the growth and success of the company.
