Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or transportation
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs to assist with distribution center tasks (depending on the situation)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer-focused approach
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and navigate through various systems and tools
• Effective and efficient, with a strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to learn new technologies
• Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, transportation, supply chain management)
• Experience working in a similar industry or role, such as e-commerce or retail
• Knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics software
