You will handle everything from posting job descriptions to vetting, interviewing, and shortlisting top candidates based on each client’s unique household needs.</p><p dir="ltr">You’ll work closely with the <strong>HomeOS Operations Lead</strong> to ensure every placement aligns with our client experience standards and contributes to our long-term talent quality benchmarks. Job Posting & Candidate Sourcing</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Write and post engaging job descriptions for Home Manager roles across multiple platforms.<br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Source candidates proactively through job boards, social media, and referrals.<br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate pipeline.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Candidate Communication & Vetting</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Serve as the main point of contact for all applicants.<br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Screen resumes and conduct initial vetting calls to assess experience, professionalism, and alignment with client requirements.<br></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Evaluate communication style, reliability, and household fit.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>3.
