About the Role

In this role, you will utilize your exceptional communication skills to assist guests and hosts with inquiries, issues, and resolve problems. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and hosts via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Airbnb policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Record and manage customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
  • Provide support in multiple languages where necessary (a plus but not required).
  • Participate in regular training to stay informed on new features and updates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A college degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
