Role Description The Virtual Telesitter is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to play a vital role in our health care team. If you are a strong communicator, enjoy collaborative work environments, and have excellent prioritization skills, this is the role for you. • Provide continuous remote monitoring and observation of assigned patients • Support patients with verbal redirection to avoid engaging in at-risk behaviors • Partner with nursing staff in full collaboration • Utilize independent decision-making skills within a supportive environment • Manage appropriate supplemental documentation for observation periods Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA) • Current CPR certification • Successful completion of monitoring equipment class within one (1) month of hire • Current Basic Life Support certification • Previous patient care experience preferred Requirements • Reflect core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration, and Kindness Benefits • Comprehensive benefits package • Competitive salary • Medical, dental, and retirement benefits • Paid time off Pay and Benefit Expectations The pay scale is $20.07 - $28.87 USD.
