Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual Member Experience Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for arranging non-emergency medical transportation, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional support to our clients and transportation providers. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to inbound calls, assess customer transportation needs, and provide personalized solutions
  • Interact with clients, transportation providers, and other customers via phone and software applications, ensuring seamless communication and data entry
  • Deliver a simple, yet exceptional customer experience with every interaction, exceeding client expectations and building loyalty
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve complex situations that may require creative solutions and collaboration with team members
