What you'll do:
Manage international shipping: Oversee all aspects of international shipping, including documentation, compliance, and cost optimization.
Optimize domestic shipping: Manage domestic shipping operations, including carrier selection, route planning, and tracking.
Analyze and improve logistics performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as delivery times and costs, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Resolve issues proactively: Address and resolve any shipping-related issues, such as delays, damages, or customer complaints.
Stay informed: Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, regulations, and emerging technologies.
