Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Early Lung Cancer Screening Program (Virtual/Fully Remote)

Opportunity Information Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pulmonology working in a virtual setting under the direct supervision of a Pulmonologist and with a team of nurses. • Resource-rich working environment • Schedule designed to promote work/life balance • Direct training in the field of Pulmonology • Collaborate with a talented team of medical specialists • Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM schedule Pacific Standard Time • Focus on Early Lung Cancer Detection Program • About 30% focused on direct patient care and 70% focused on care coordination, clinical inbox management, and research and development Requirements • 6 months clinical experience • Current California State NP or PA License • CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only) • Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only) • Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s • Active DEA registration • Must reside in one of the following states: Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Florida (FL), Oregon (OR), or Washington (WA) We Offer / Join Us and Enjoy • Generous benefits package • 401K, HSA Medical Group Details We are one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in the country, made up of over 1,900 physicians in 40+ specialties, in practices throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
