Weekend Part-Time Travel Agent
• *This is a 3x10 (3days, 9-10hrs) work schedule**
Summary: The Weekend, Part-Time After Hours Travel Agent role manages a high-volume of Corporate and Entertainment travel needs from re-accommodating clients due to flight delays/cancellations, re-issuing tickets (pricing/faring) for domestic and international travel. The ideal candidate is someone who works independently and is able to manage highly stressful situations with Ultra High Network clients including C-Suite VIPs and celebrities.
To Qualify, you must have:
• 7+ years' experience working as a Corporate Travel Agent
• 5+ years' experience working as a VIP (C-Suite)/Production/Entertainment Agent (music touring)
• Strong proficiency on Sabre GDS (booking complex PNRs, pricing/faring domestic & international tickets)
• Excellent ticketing experience (including exchanges)
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and make sound decisions at a moments' notice
• Experience booking hotels, ground transportation (shuttles, limos, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency on Microsoft Office and Google Workspace platforms
Schedule (Pacific Time Zone Hours):
Friday: 3p - 12a
Saturday: 2p - 12a
Sunday: 2p - 12a
