[Remote] Scrum Master (Healthcare Domain)

Responsibilities • Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives). • Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices. • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and prioritise work. • Remove impediments and promote a culture of transparency, ownership, and accountability. • Utilize Azure DevOps to manage sprints, track progress, and maintain visibility of deliverables. • Support and guide Agile Product Owner and Scrum Master accountabilities. • Nice to have experience or familiarity with tools used by the client, including Lucid, Confluence, and Service Master.
