Oncology Nurse Navigator RN
A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator.
Key Responsibilities
• Meet with Members and caregivers to review treatment goals and address concerns throughout the cancer journey
• Guide and advocate for Members and caregivers, identifying barriers to care and coordinating resources
• Provide evidence-based nursing care and education, documenting care paths and monitoring outcomes
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of oncology experience and 3 years of oncology navigation or coordinator experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in nursing (MSN) required
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or other ONCC certification required or scheduled to test within 90 days
• Current RN Compact License required on date of hire
• Overall computer literacy with proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office
