Utilize a variety of research methods and tools to enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics. Identify strategic problems and own the research lifecycle. Conduct statistical analysis and communicate findings effectively. Support product teams in planning, launching, and analyzing surveys. Manage multiple projects with varying timelines and complexities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in an applied research setting.
