Motions Graphic Designer - PART TIME (remote)

Our client in the real estate space is looking for a motions graphics designer to assist their team on a part-time basis. This opportunity is fully remote for 15-20 hours per week on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities As a Motions Graphics Designer • Maintain brand consistency across campaigns and platforms by creating and refining digital collateral • Bring stories to life through simple motion graphics and video editing tailored for digital and social channels • Collaborate with the marketing team to turn strategies into scroll-stopping designs • Stay ahead of trends in design, tech, and AI to keep our visual content fresh and effective • Confidently present design concepts, take feedback in stride, and iterate with purpose Qualifications As a Motions Graphic Designer • 5+ years experience in graphic design or visual arts • A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create compelling designs across a range of mediums • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy • Experience developing marketing materials, branded templates, and collateral • A working knowledge of motion graphics/video editing. • A good sense of what works on social media, from static images to short videos • Curiosity and comfort with AI-powered creative tools for design and ideation • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-first environment • Strong multitasking skills and grace under pressure in a deadline-driven setting In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
