Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls made to our 1-800 line, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Research, respond to, and interpret company procedures or policies to delight our valuable pharmacy customers
  • Collaborate with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns in a timely and proficient manner
  • Review and process incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, responding to customers either on the phone or via written communications
  • Uphold our goals of delivery through the execution of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance. You must also possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date.

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call Center experience, with a focus on excellence in service delivery
  • Bilingual Spanish skills
