The role involves leading workshops, preparing system demos, and working closely with global templates and local Japanese business requirements. Responsibilities • Lead the RTP workstream including fit-gap analysis and estimating realization efforts. • Manage requisition-to-pay processes (procurement, finance integration). • Coordinate workshops based on global templates and local Japanese business requirements and government regulations. • Prepare system demos and gather gap/fit requirements. • Review findings with workstream leads and prepare playback; determine build-phase effort estimates. • Communicate and work in Japanese as required.
