Job Overview
blithequark's Caremark Member Operations division is hiring hundreds of Customer Care Representatives in the San Antonio, TX area. We are looking for individuals who are interested in a flexible work schedule and live within 75 miles of San Antonio, TX. Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.
- Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients, with the opportunity to learn and grow as our business evolves.
- Receive comprehensive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.
- Offer solutions to help simplify our members' health care experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers (e.g., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience).
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner.
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer's quality of life.
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- At least 6 months of health care experience.
