**Job Description**
As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assessing customer storage needs and making suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
* Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
* Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of the daily business
* Helping customers stay current with payments and making reminder and collection calls when required
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal
**Physical Requirements**
* Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
* Ability to walk in/around facilities, spending up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
* Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal
**Qualifications**
* Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations and/or conducting other work-related business (mileage reimbursement available)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
