Job Overview

As a Commercial Appointment Scheduler with our esteemed organization, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with potential business clients to arrange appointments, driving sales growth and revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • Secure a minimum of 15 qualified appointments per week (approximately 3 per day) and surpass this benchmark for additional rewards.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone to effectively schedule appointments, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and strong phone presence.
  • Diligently record contact information and monitor lead progress, maintaining an organized lead/funnel report detailing your telemarketing and sales activities.
  • Utilize online research and directories to develop comprehensive lists of prospects, staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and time management skills to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales experience is essential, with a track record of success in securing appointments and driving sales growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone, with a strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in computer systems including Email, Office 365, Google Drive, and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently while managing personal schedules, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with the following qualifications:

  • Required: Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of success in securing appointments and driving sales growth.
  • Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in business, marketing, or a related field.
