Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in an inbound call center role, working from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive and/or extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service delivery

  • Record and categorize calls, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up as required
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, meeting the required typing speed of 35 WPM
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other software systems to support customer service delivery and administrative tasks

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with at least one year of prior experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
  • Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 mbps, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client groups
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with experience in data analysis and reporting
