[Remote] Provider Data Analyst, Network & Clinical Operations - Cigna Healthcare - Remote

As a Provider Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in preparing and validating data files for Dental and Vision claims, ensuring accuracy and integrity in provider data. Responsibilities • Review, clean, and standardize provider names and addresses in all claim files related to Dental and Vision services. Ensure files meet formatting standards for both new and existing businesses. • Prepare and deliver claim files for analyst processing at least two business days before their scheduled due date, ensuring adequate time for quality review. • Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in data formatting to reduce errors and support efficient downstream claims processing. • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and respond promptly to urgent or expedited file requests. • Assist with report generation and processing as needed to support team deliverables. Skills • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. • Excellent time management and attention to detail. • Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable to changing business needs. • Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy standards related to healthcare data handling. • Analytical skills to interpret data trends, identify inconsistencies, and support data quality improvements. • Process improvement mindset with the ability to identify and recommend workflow enhancements. • General knowledge of healthcare operations, especially dental and vision benefits, provider networks, and claims lifecycle. • Experience with healthcare data systems such as Facets, QNXT, or similar platforms. • Experience with data tools such as SQL, Access, or visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
