Key Responsibilities
• Generate new patient referrals from your local network.
• Represent and promote our home care services.
• Convince potential clients to start care with our agency.
• Send new patient referrals to our intake team.
Qualifications
• Experience in senior care, healthcare coordination, or social services preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Great communicator, self-driven, goal-oriented
