Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business clients to conduct needs analysis related to systems and business processes to create quality technical solutions
- Ensure solutions are aligned with internal tooling, business strategies, and comply with departmental standards
- Manage timelines for planning, coding, testing, and implementing to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Act as a resource to ensure effective communications among business and Technology Teams
- Participate in systems and acceptance testing
- Scope of work varies depending on the Team assignment
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a strong foundation in computer systems and technology. You should also have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of data security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and practices.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, it is desirable to have experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm, ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and business analysis, process modeling, and optimization. You should also have a basic understanding of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment, are also highly valued.
