About the Role

In this remote role, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact blithequark for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues. We're looking for individuals who can go above and beyond to wow our customers, think critically, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to provide exceptional service and support
• Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues
• Go above and beyond to wow customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
• Utilize critical thinking skills to navigate complex customer issues and provide effective solutions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

Essential Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with customers effectively
• Ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Knowledge of pet pharmacy or veterinary industry
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other customer service platforms
