As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you'll be part of a vibrant community that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of cloud infrastructure and data analytics projects. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners to design, plan, and execute projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in technical program management, data analysis, and process improvement will be essential in helping us achieve our goals. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with a team of designers and engineers to address the global fleet of Outsider Server farms (3PDC) * Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design, and execute end-to-end projects that include data collection, analysis, and presentation * Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale * Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to optimize **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 4-year certification or equivalent relevant experience * 3 years of experience in technical program management, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analytics * 3 years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-organizational projects * Experience in financial reporting and analysis, using accounting software and managing data collections using SQL **Preferred Qualifications** * 3 years of experience leading large, cross-functional projects involving a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical * 3 years of experience in technical program/project management roles * Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with partners within multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a diverse team of innovators and entrepreneurs * Professional development opportunities, including training, mentorship, and career growth * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools, including Google Cloud **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced technical professional looking for a new challenge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
