JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS We seek to hire a part-time History instructor to join our pool of online instructors teaching in our World Campus History program. The candidate will have past experience in online instruction and will teach modules developed by our in-residence History faculty. Area of expertise is open, but all instructors must be willing and able to teach in all areas of history, including American, European, and World History. Experience teaching Middle Eastern history and pre-modern history is desirable. Instructors teach based on program needs and usually teach two to three courses per semester. This position will require a minimum of a Doctoral Degree in History or a closely related field.
