Presentation Designer / Storyteller (Contract/Remote)

Mid-sized experiential / brand activation agency in NYC that designs dynamic activations, trade shows, and executive leadership events for well known entertainment brands is looking for a versatile Presentation Designer / Storyteller to help creative leaders create visually stunning pitch decks as well as internal communications. Design engaging and informative presentations/pitches while working closely with internal / external partners to ensure that presentations are clear, concise, and visually appealing. This is a remote long-term contract role for up to 6 months with the possibility of extension (US CANDIDATES ONLY). Responsibilities: • Design and build scalable, reusable presentation templates and storytelling frameworks within Google Slides/Keynote • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand objectives, client needs, and tailor designs/visual solutions accordingly • Help improve templates, streamline processes, and enhance internal asset libraries based established brand guidelines • Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering high quality, detail-oriented work under tight deadlines • Act as brand ambassador, maintaining visual consistency across all presentations and communications • Participate in pitch strategy sessions, contributing creative design ideas and insights to enhance the overall narrative • Translate research, marketing, and sales insights into visually compelling narratives that support go-to-market and sponsorship initiatives • Develop templates and style guides to maintain consistency across all new business/internal training presentations • A huge plus if have experience partnering with copywriters and/or content development to enhance the narrative of each presentation Qualifications and Skills: • 4+ years of agency/event marketing experience within a client or agency environment • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred • Advanced design expertise in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools (Keynote, Google Slides) • The ability to craft a compelling presentation narrative and design slides based on the company/client brand guidelines • Experience generating copy and copy edits are a huge plus • Provide art direction and create visual assets as needed • Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment • Enthusiasm for the promotions/experiential/advertising industry • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of presentation styles and formats If interested, please apply with a resume and samples showing the desired design and presentation experience.
