ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client a growing IT company delivering modern technology solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their dynamic team. Location: Athens – Greece. Working Model: Fully Remote (you need to be based in Greece and holder of a valid EU Work Permit) ️ Reporting to: CTO What you will do: This role combines hands-on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows with API integrations across core business systems such as Dynamics 365 and payment gateways. You will contribute to defining and implementing best practices, ensuring that our Salesforce environment remains secure, scalable, maintainable, and fully aligned with enterprise architecture standards, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your main responsibilities will be: • Designing and developing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows • Building and maintaining RESTful and event-driven integrations between Salesforce and external systems • Collaborating with the Solution Architect to align Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and integration strategy • Implementing and enforcing governance best practices, coding standards, and quality reviews • Optimizing performance across complex data models, workflows, and automation logic • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments • Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce (RBAC, encryption, audit trails) • Providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and contributing to architecture documentation • Staying current with Salesforce releases, platform enhancements, and modern API capabilities Requirements • Bachelor’s + Master’s Software Engineering, or related field • 5 years of Salesforce Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows • Experience building custom APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization • Hands-on experience with Salesforce metadata API, change sets, and deployment tools • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and modern DevOps practices • Understanding of data modeling, security, and access controls in Salesforce • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple systems and teams • Excellent written and verbal English & Greece communication skills Will be highly appreciated: • Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Advanced Developer) • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or payment gateway systems Benefits • Competitive & rewarding compensation package • Private Health Insurance • Latest company laptop • Flexible work setup: Remote • Work-life balance that actually work Recruitment Process: • If you’re interested in this role, feel free to apply directly.
