With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide clear, accurate information to our clients' customers. If you're a customer service enthusiast with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, providing clear, accurate information and resolving issues to the satisfaction of our clients' customers. * Listen actively to understand customer needs, offering empathetic and professional support to resolve their concerns. * Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations. * Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses, providing clear, concise information and resolving issues in a timely manner. * Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications, handling research requests with precision and accuracy. * Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner, ensuring that our clients' customers feel valued, respected, and supported. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology, staying up-to-date on new developments and innovations. * Support team operations during peak times or absences, helping to maintain seamless service and ensuring that our clients' customers receive the highest level of support. **What We Offer** * Competitive pay: $14.00 per hour, with opportunities to earn up to an additional $350 per month through our incentive plan. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. * Career growth opportunities: We're committed to helping our associates develop new skills, advance their careers, and achieve their goals. * Flexible scheduling: Work from home, with flexible scheduling options to fit your needs and lifestyle. * Paid training: Complete a three-to-six-week paid training program, where you'll learn the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. * Incentive plan: Earn up to an additional $350 per month by meeting performance metrics, such as call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence. * Shift differential: Earn an additional $1.50 per hour for hours worked between 6PM-6AM, and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts. **What We're Looking For** * A dependable team member with a strong work ethic, who values punctuality and can commit to a consistent work schedule. * An effective and confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to clearly explain complex information and connect with customers in a professional manner. * A calm and composed professional who can navigate challenging conversations with empathy and efficiency. * A customer service enthusiast who excels in navigating multiple screens and applications while guiding customers to the best solution. * A tech-savvy problem solver who's comfortable learning and adapting to new tools and technologies. * A focused multitasker who thrives in a structured, high-volume call center environment. **Required Qualifications** * Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent. * Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience. * Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting. * Compliance with camera requirements for meetings and training. * Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs. * Work Area: Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection. * Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment. * Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download. * Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications. **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ years of previous call center experience. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
