Job Overview

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our patients, handling inbound calls, and learning about their medical history and challenges with fertility. You'll work closely with patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure process efficiency by coordinating with patients and physicians to develop and implement personalized fertility plans and medication regimens.
• Own the patient experience by resolving customer issues, addressing concerns, and ensuring 100% follow-up to customers.
• Pay attention to detail by accurately obtaining and entering patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Collaborate with the team by escalating complex claims to the Sr. Billing & Reimbursement Specialists for prompt resolution.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to patients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A valid CPhT license if residing in Arizona, or a valid MA Tech license (with preferred CPhT) if residing in Massachusetts.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• A High School Diploma or GED, with PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet.
• Residency within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts.
• A reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working from home.
