Your Mission

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our recruitment strategy and employer brand. You’ll work closely with C-level leaders & HRBPs to attract, engage, and retain the best talents across Europe – driving our growth with excellence and innovation.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Define and lead a global Talent Acquisition strategy fully aligned with our business ambitions and workforce plans.
Partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and C-level executives to anticipate hiring needs and ensure a best-in-class recruitment process.
Challenge and optimize sourcing methods (internal & external) to attract top-tier candidates and strengthen talent pipelines.
Oversee Employer Branding operations, collaborating with Marketing and Communications to design impactful campaigns and promote employee advocacy.
Build and develop a high-performing TA team, fostering growth through innovation (AI in recruitment, automation, D&I initiatives).
Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, managing budgets and forecasts, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Lead innovative recruiting projects, from graduate programs to automation and data-driven decision-making, to position our organization as a best-in-class Talent Acquisition function.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For 

We’re looking for a strategic builder and people leader – someone who moves fast, thinks big, and thrives on creating lasting impact through exceptional talent.

Your profile:
Proven experience of 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Track record of building and scaling high-performing recruitment teams in fast-paced or scaling environments.
Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, tools (ATS, CRM), and employer branding strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to influence and partner at all levels.
Passion for people, growth, and impact – you believe great talent builds great companies.
Comfortable in dynamic, high-growth contexts, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Data-driven and structured, always seeking to improve processes and candidate experience.

⚡ Our Recruitment Process 
We believe in a fast, transparent, and human recruitment process. 
Here’s what you can expect: 

  1. Call with a Talent Acquisition Partner (30–45 min): Get to know each other! We’ll share more about the role, the team, and our culture.
  2. Chief People Officer Interview (60 min): Meet your future manager to deep dive into your experience, missions, and ways of working.
  3. Business Interview (60 min): Meet a key business stakeholder to explore how Talent Acquisition partners with the teams and discuss the impact of the role on our growth and culture.
  4. CEO Interview (60 min): A final conversation to align on the vision, ambition, and leadership expectations – and ensure a mutual fit for the journey ahead.

Location : Aix en Provence, France
