Your key responsibilities will include: * Act as an initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions, providing timely and accurate responses * Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to provide support to internal and external partners, including: + HRS products and services + Automated phone system and employee website + HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS software packages * Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, providing real-time technical support and guidance * Log and document participant conversations/issues, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner **What Is Required (Qualifications)** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Previous open enrollment experience, preferably in a healthcare-related service * Proficiency in computer software packages, including: + HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) + Salesforce + Sungard + ORS (Online Registration System) * Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans, including: + Plan options and benefits + Enrollment procedures and deadlines + Policy updates and rate changes * Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to: + Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner + Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner + Build strong relationships with internal and external partners **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)** While not required, experience in a similar role in a healthcare-related service will be highly valued.
